COVID SAFE PLAN

I am protecting my clients, myself and our community by following all the rules and regulations in accordance with The Victorian Government guidelines. As a permitted worker as of 19.10.2020 by the Victorian Government, I am allowed to work in Metropolitan Melbourne and I will be carrying my permit as well as a COVID-Safe plan with me at all times. Thank you for stopping by and considering me as your photographer.

Ensure Physical Distancing

I will always keep a minimum of 1.5m distance between myself and my clients. 

All client meetings will be done via phone or Zoom. 

Face Masks

I will always wear a face mask during any photography sessions of any kind. I will wear a new face mask for each shoot.

Practise Good Hygiene

I will always carry hand sanitiser to every shoot, and will make it available to clients. 

All my equipment used will be cleaned between every shoot.

I ask that clients no longer handle any of the photographer’s equipment, such as loading in and out of cars, or carrying items. 

In the same way the photographer and/or assistant will no longer be able to handle any of the client’s personal items. For example that we no longer will be able to take photos with client’s phones. 

Record keeping
Records of all our clients, shoots, movements and contact details will be kept. This includes records of other suppliers if relevant. 

In the event that I become unwell within 14 days of a session, I will get in touch with the clients and any suppliers to inform them of the situation. I will keep them updated on the results. 

Health
If I am feeling unwell I will cancel any upcoming shoots. I will self isolate until test results are back and I have recovered. Either another photographer will be assigned (for weddings) or the portrait sessions will be postponed to a new date. 

If I am confirmed to have COVID-19 I will self isolate for a minimum of 14 days. 

Are you booked in for a shoot but not feeling 100%? 
If you or your family member/partner are feeling unwell and are showing any flu-like symptoms, please get in touch as soon as possible. Any photography sessions will be postponed without any additional charges. 

Should I be unable to capture your session or wedding due to the virus or self isolating the following will happen: 

a. If it is a wedding I will organise for another amazing photographer to take my place on the day. All post production would be done by me and the end product would be just what you are expecting. 

b. If it is a photography session I will organise postponement of your session to a new date.
